Orders placed before 4pm will be despatched on the next working day. You can expect to receive your items within 2-4 working days after despatch. If there are any issues with your order, a member of our team will be in touch. This item must be signed for and checked on delivery. In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately.

Free collection is available from FDC, within 2 working days of receipt of your order, we will contact you when the item is ready to arrange a collection time. Please note our opening hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am - 12:00pm, and 1:00pm to 3:00pm.
