DELIVERY:
Delivery costs will be applied at checkout and is made by third party couriers. Free delivery on orders over £50. Your order will be dispatched within 3 working days of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and you should expect to receive it three to four days after dispatch. This item must be signed for and checked on delivery. In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately.
COLLECTION:
Free collection is available from FDC, within 2 working days of receipt of your order, we will contact you when the item is ready to arrange a collection time. Please note our opening hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am - 12:00pm, and 1:00pm to 3:00pm.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. You can return a product up to 14 days from the date you purchased it, buyer pays return postage. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
